    Refund Info

    Families of graduated seniors can request a refund of their Food Service balance by emailing foodservices@pointschools.net. Before submitting a request, please log on to Skyward Family Access and shut off the auto replenish option if that is a feature that you have utilized.
    When requesting a refund, please include your name, phone number, and the name of your student in the email. Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card used to make payments whenever possible. Any checks that are issued will be mailed to the address on file unless we are notified of an address change. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your check after the refund has been processed.
     
    Food Service accounts are no longer family accounts and the transferring of funds from one account to another does not happen automatically. If you would like to transfer funds from your graduated senior’s account to another enrolled student, please email foodservices@pointschools.net and include the name of your graduating student, along with the student who should receive the funds.
