• This is a list of times and periods you are able to meet with your child's teachers.  Each of the periods are held at the time specified.  Even if you are unable to attend from the very beginning or need to leave early, we would love to have you familiarize yourself with your child's teachers and school building while you are able.

This form is completed to request a fee waiver, reduction in fees, or schedule a payment plan for payment of your child's school fees.     One form is completed per child and returned to their school office.
